The Trustworthy Father
Trust wasn’t something I did well. Let’s be honest it’s not some thing I do well. I still struggle with trust. But there is one to whom trusting is easy. That is my King, my Abba, my Savior.

Your Greatest Strength Can Be Your Greatest Weakness
My mouth has been given to me as a blessing to be used to make much of my King and bring Him glory. But, unbridled my tongue is wayward and dangerous. Have you ever noticed that our greatest strength can also be our greatest weakness?

Can Satan Read My Mind?
There is no way to out think Satan. Although, we can go to war with him. We want to walk around him but that just isn't an option in this life. We are told to be bold and make a stand against the devil.

If it Hadn’t Been for the Lord
I recently read Psalm 124 and was drawn to the words and the style of this particular Psalm. It reminded me of a season in my life and the Lord had walked with me every step. My husband and I had prayer on our hearts in a big way and a felt that praying Scripture was missing. As we were beginning to make scripture prayer a routine we found ourselves in Psalms a lot. For my birthday an awesome friend gifted me some lovely new highlighters…

To the Christian Who Doesn’t Read Their Bible
I know you feel like the only one. I assume you are a 'bad Christian'. Satan is feeding your a host of lies and you are accepting them. You hate to admit it but you don't read your Bible.

Is It Really Okay?
Recently with all of the chaos in the world I have seen many social media influencers speak out on the top of just being. They have said that it is okay to just grieve and sit with the chaos. Many have made a major point to encourage followers to not attempt to use this time at home intentionally. Their point is that the ‘trauma’ and stress is enough and we shouldn’t pressure ourselves to be productive. We should instead eat all the ice cream our tummy needs and enjoy as much Netflix as we can binge. It is a ‘you do you’, ‘self-care’ driven rhetoric that has me feeling very…
